Outback Survivor 5k

The Outback Survivor 5k was run in Sheffield on Saturday, July 31, 2010.  This is one of several summer races that take place over in the Shoals area.  The good people at Shoals TRAC do a good job of scoring these races in the summer time.  Most every one of those races draws a few runners from Limestone County.

The overall winner was Hirbo Hirbo of Florence in 16:31.  The female winner was Katie Stewart of Killen in 21:09. The masters winner was Stacey Lemay of Florence in 19:33.  The female masters winner was Lisa Schafer of Florence in 25:51.  Check out the overall results and age group results at the Shoals TRAC website.
