Brooke Hill Run For Awareness 5k

The Brooke Hill Run for Awareness 5k was run in old town Decatur on Saturday, August 14, 2010 at 8:00 AM. This race benefits ovarian cancer research and awareness.  Scoring services were provided by the River City Runners club.  The conditions Saturday morning were very hot and muggy.  This race begins and ends at the Carnegie Arts Center in Decatur.

The overall winner was Donald Bowman of Madison in 17:07.  The female winner was Lisa Rawlings of Decatur in 21:43. The masters winner was Tim Vinson of Madison in 18:49.  The female masters winner was Pam Berry of Hartselle in 25:32.
